1) The mission
-QSF is in great part due to an initiative of Algerian immigrants in Northern France; that explains why the organisation focuses on Bab el-Oued’s victims or the Palestinians struggling against the Israeli. One of QSF’s members, Salim Saïfi, is the brother of Tokia Saïfi, the Secretary of State for Sustainable Development in Jean-Pierre Raffarin’s government in 2002.
