Orphelins sans frontières - History

1990s

-Since 1994, Rwanda: OSF places orphans in foster families. After the genocide, this implies being able to identify among scattered siblings those who have survived the war. OSF also supports street children taken care of by the Don Bosco centre of Gatenga, in Kigali.

-1994, Zaire: OSF stops sending medicine supplies to Goma refugee camps for lack of being able to keep track of their distribution.
