1997-1999

-1997, France: QSF is created by youngsters in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais department after the 1995 operation “500 school bags for peace” which had made it possible to send two tons of stationery to Palestine, thanks to a grant from the regional council.
 
-1997, Israel/Palestine: QSF turns two old buses into autonomous medical units bound for the Gaza strip. One breaks down when it gets there, where it is mended. The stationeries are given to the Children’s Foundation patronized by Yasser Arafat’s wife, who had visited QSF’s offices in France.
