3) The financial resources

-Regarding resources, ASI now enjoys a quite diversified financial backing. The majority of its public grants though are linked to specific projects, thus reducing the operational freedom of the organisation. Anti-Slavery International’s budgets are calculated on the basis of a financial year going from April 1^st to March 31^st the next year. Thus the figure quoted above for the year 2001 starts on April 1^st 2001.
