2) The financial resources
-Triangle is a typical NGO whose budget has increased thanks to the European Union’s grants, even if it implies opening and closing programmes according to their economical sustainability. However, thanks to its location in the French province, the association has been able to diversify its financial resources, and to start a real partnership with local governments and the Rhone-Alpes regional authorities. Triangle has preferred to give greater importance to programmes abroad without developing a costly structure at home to collect funds; this explains the very small proportion of private funds.
