3) The financial resources
-The flow of institutional backing does though compel AMI to be a bit less militant and more professional. As compared to a budget which was under half a million euros in the 1980s, AMI’s resources doubled between 1999 and 2000, at the cost of an increasing dependency on the European Union. This is the reason why AMI has wished to call on the private sector: in 2001, AMI created an ethical committee to select foundations or companies that share its values.
