1) The mission

-According to its website in 2002, the AHF builds mosques, gives grants to Koranic students, supports imams, backs Islamic schools, pays the salaries of their teachers, manages orphanages, treats sick people, supplies refugees with housings, shares out food to the poor, provides veils (hijab) to women, facilitates the pilgrimage to the Mecca, distributes religious literature in Arabic and funds their translation.
